PERSONAL ACTION:

In one of the two apartments above the Monthly Quarterly (the one that I do not/will not give keys out to, should it become relevant) I would like to supply it with a few odds and ends, starting with a large locking trunk to store all of this in, then adding piercing tools and jewelery, a tattoo gun and black ink, an electric hair trimmer (I call them buzzers but I don't know what they are actually called) and sets of clothes to match the image of hobo, street punk, gang member with colors for the gangs that I am closest to personally, and one for the student genre. Basically, I would like to buy a disguise kit.

Influence Response:

You buy a tattoo gun, ink, some cheap jewelry, a hair trimmer, some clothes, and a large trunk. You're all set now for Halloween.

ST Notes: Ander doesn't have the Disguise ability, so that's probably all this stuff is good for.

STREET x2:

Street x2. Goal: Get people to come to my bar.

I put word out on the street to come to the Monthly Quarterly.

Influence Response:

Rumors are spreading through the street community that the Monthly Quarterly seems like a good place to chill.

With the help of Whit, I am attempting to get this ad run in the dirge for game night. http://i59.photobucket.com/albums/g306/Joey_Arsenic/Ander.jpg

It is made with Crafts:Coloring x1 and Expression x1 (Enthusiasm) vs 7 Traits. I talked to Whit's player about this and she didn't know the answer and hasn't gotten back to me about it but if it is possible I would have employed whit to help me and add whatever expression she could to it.

Influence Response:

No matter what influence you throw at it, it will not be enough due to the expletive in it. They have no desire to challenge obscenity laws over the ad.

PERSONAL ACTION:

Goal: Get an ad in the Dirge

No profanity this time.

Still made with Crafts:Coloring x1 and Expression x1 (Enthusiasm) vs 7 Traits

Influence Response:

You get an ad in the paper! They are much happier with this. You purchase a prominent spot within the second page of the paper. It costs you $587.

ST Notes: Got the price from the NYT, but I'm not sure at all how to properly get the rate. Granted, the ad shouldn't be more than one column wide.

STREET x2:

Goal: Increase business at the Monthly Quarterly

I put the word out about the bar again with a special emphasis on bands. I let it be known that I will need a band to play Halloween and would rather have it be a local band.

Influence Response:

Your street contacts look at you funny, and ask why you think they can get you something like that.

To put it simply, and in OOC terms, Street is not the correct influence for doing this.

HIGH SOCIETY x3:

STEALTH x3

((Goal: Get Ander some business.))

If any rich people happen to ask Danny for trend advice, sie suggests that they check out Ander's restaurant, the Monthly Quarterly, and try the pumpkin beer.

Influence Response:

You spark the interest of some of the C and D-listers you happen to drive around.

PERSONAL ACTION:

I make sure to order everything I need for the Halloween Grand opening party, I scout a couple bands to play and send an email/myspace message/call to cr0tchfist and see if they are interested in attending.

You find a couple of local bands. They're garage band quality, nothing special, but they'll fill your need.

After some MySpace communication, you finally get Cr0tchfist on a telephone. "You want us to come for Halloween, you're going to have to pay all of our transportation fees, all of our housing fees, pay all bail that we end up getting, and sign this waiver thing that we've been told to get signed at our shows. Oh, yeah, and we want $12,000 for playing the gig. We don't just show up for anyone."
